How to handle our website in your native language or in English:
1. Please chose your preferred language (English or other) from the Google translator button in the upper right corner. All pages, buttons etc. will then be Google translated into your preferred language.*)
2. If you are interested in ordering a recorded lecture, please use our online ordering process (put the article in the shopping cart, then use checkout including your address registration). Our audio media are available from anywhere in the world. We advise you to preferrably chose digital download: They are available immediately if you chose Paypal payment and you dont have to wait to receive a physical package. Please read our download instruction for further details.
3. Make sure that you chose the desired version by option "Medium". Most of our products are available as audio CD and MP3 download. Some products are video DVDs. The available versions are visible on the product description page. If you are an overseas customer we advise you to chose digital MP3 download instead of Audio CD, in order to avoid shipping fees and a long shipping time.
3. Available payment methods for checkout are: Paypal, bank transfer (we will send you our bank details in your order confirmation), SEPA transfer (only from EU countries). We currently dont accept credit cards.
*) Please be aware that any machine translation can have be faulty and result in misunderstandings. We will not accept liability for any translation error or misunderstandings resulting from this. In case of ambiguities you are welcome to contact our customers service by phone or mail.
